Our experience with Keith was great with same day service, parts onhand, and no surprises. Keith charges a standard hourly rate, so there was no upfront charge just to have him walk in the door. I really appreciate his promptness and honesty. I'll certainly be contacting him again for furnace or AC repair work in the future.
